With neutral tones, interchangeable furniture, and an open floor plan for multi-angle and multi-cam shoots, the production-friendly environment offers a multitude of bonus amenities.

Conveniently located on LA's West Side, just off the 405 and 90 freeways, the home provides both privacy and easy accessibility in a quiet neighborhood. Facing west, an abundance of controlled natural light graces every room, creating an inviting ambiance.

Connected to the bathroom is an empty closet thoughtfully designed for wardrobe and HMU needs. Two additional bathrooms are available for shooting and crew use, ensuring smooth operations.

The garage features 2 9-foot seamless rods with various colored paper options, and a well-stocked prop closet offering additional staging options, kitchen supplies, appliances, rugs, props, vases, pillows, blankets, dishes, and more, all at no extra cost.

All displayed artwork is handmade by the homeowner, ensuring clearance for any creative usage.

Home Protection/Layout/Mats/Corners/Corrugated for ALL shoots over 15 AND any intensive video gear shoots. Message me if you have any questions - not necessarily hard and fast based on the nature of the shoot.
